AM Parent Drop-off of Students: Parents may drop your children off at the Birch Run Walkway between will be supervised during this time period. Students may not arrive earlier, unless by appointment. Students arriving after 8:13 will be considered tardy. All students should proceed directly to their assigned entrance area, where they will be seated indoors with their class. Parents of younger students will be permitted to park on a side street and walk your child up to their assigned entrance door. Parents who are dropping off forgotten items are asked to wait until after 8:20 before entering the school parking lot, so as not to conflict with bus traffic.

PM Dismissal & Late Pick-up of Students:

Students in grades 2-5 who are being picked up will exit the building and proceed to the Birch Run Walkway. Parents of students in K & 1^st grade will park on a side street, and pick students up at the flagpole door. A staff member will be on duty by the Walkway Gate until 3:00. Parents may only sign students out early for special circumstances, such as a doctor appointment. Early sign-outs will not be permitted between 2:30 and 3:00 due to bus traffic. Students in Kids Club, or those who are remaining for after-school activities, will assemble in the cafeteria. Parents arriving after dismissal for late pick-ups should park in the main parking lot and enter at the Lobby Doors. The Fire Department has requested that no vehicles be parked in the circle at any time.
